5.甲方将进行全国性的广告宣传并提供市场支持。乙方应充分利用甲方提供的市场宣传资源配以适当投入，积极开展市场推广活动。甲方全资投入包括：主要专业媒体的合作专栏和硬性广告、网上广告等。
6.甲方拥有_________产品的价格制定权、发布权和解释权。乙方必须按照甲方规定的市场零售价进行销售。

13.乙方除正常性经营赢利外，可享受甲方给予的定期考核奖励。考核及奖励政策另定。
14.在协议的执行过程中如果出现了战争、水灾、地震等不可抗力，造成损失的，双方互不承担责任。
15.如有争议，双方协商解决;协商不成，可向本协议签约地人民法院提起诉讼。
16.本协议自双方签字盖章之日起生效，有效期满前如双方同意续约，应在本协议有效期届满前_________个工作日内签署书面续约协议。
17.本协议正本一式两份，双方各执一份，具有相同的法律效力。
18.本协议未尽事宜，经甲乙双方协商另行签订补充协议规定，补充协议与本协议具有同等的法律效力。
